2012 Mitsubishi Galant – five-seater front-wheel drive sedan, representative of the 9th generation. The model is presented in two configurations – ES and SE.
The main competitors of the Japanese car were Chevrolet Malibu, Toyota Camry and Honda Accord.
The appearance of the car differs from competitors with a silver radiator grill with a mesh surface. On the sides, there are rectangular blocks of headlights with adaptive high beam and daytime running lights. Round fog lights are located in the lower part of the bumper. 16-inch steel wheels add elegance to the updated model. In the more expensive configuration, 18-inch wheels are available. A chrome exhaust pipe stands out at the stern. An optional rear spoiler is available.
The instrument panel received an exquisite decoration in the form of overlays made of artificial wood. The center console is full of switches: climate control knobs for top trim levels, a jack for an MP3 player, a 140-watt Rockford Fosgate stereo. A standard single-zone front air conditioner is provided for the basic model. A sunroof, a rearview camera and a navigation system are available for the SE version. There are switches on the steering wheel to adjust the sound of the stereo system. The steering wheel is adjustable only by the angle of inclination.
The cabin has niches for storing things, as well as front and rear cup holders. Only the front door is equipped with pockets for trinkets.
The front row seats in the 2012 Mitsubishi Galant are comfortable, which cannot be said about the back row of seats. The upholstery is made of high-quality fabric, natural leather is not provided.
