The 2021 Mitsubishi Triton is an all-wheel drive pickup truck of the K4 class. The premiere of a restyled version of the fifth generation of the model was held as part of the Bangkok auto show in the fall of 2018.
Favored by many for its practicality and reliability, the “truck” from Mitsubishi has undergone a planned restyling. And if the exterior of the L200 (aka Triton, depending on the market) of the previous model looked like a lizard, then the features of a dragon can already be traced in the appearance of the updated pickup truck.
The merit of this was the new corporate identity “Dynamic Shield”, which gives the car a visual dynamic. The face of the car has acquired a recognizable “x-face” separating the narrow front headlights and large sections of fog lights, daytime running lights, and direction indicators. The rear part boasts a different bumper and a new form of rear optics, which is now completely diode. Among other things, the car received a new design of rims.
Inside, the pickup, although it did not look as bright as the outside, still received its portion of changes. From what immediately catches the eye, this is a new steering wheel familiar to other models of the brand, a redesigned shape of the center console, and a color LCD information display on the dashboard. At the same time, the manufacturer assures that the quality of finishing materials has become a cut above.
